Adoption Information

Little Mischief Rescue is a virtual rescue meaning that we do not have an actual shelter where you can visit the animals. All of our animals are in different foster homes where they are treated as part of a family - It's a less stressful environment and the animals get all the attention they need and deserve.

In order to adopt from us, you will have to go through our screening process first to make sure you are a suitable home. We care immensely about all of our animals in rescue and we want to make sure that they find the best forever home.

Look at the different animals we have listed online and if you think you found a good match, please fill out our application form which can be found here:
Adoption Application

Because the animals are all housed in foster homes, we get to know them really well and so please don't be discouraged if we might suggest that a different animal might be a better match. In the end we want that you and the animals are happy, that it's a perfect fit

After we have received and reviewed your application, a volunteer will contact you to set up a home visit. We want to make sure that your home is fully prepared for a new family member and it's a great opportunity for you to ask us more about the particular animal you are interested or get all of your questions answered you might have about general care of the animal.

Once your application has been approved, we will make arrangements to complete the adoption.

We look forward to hearing from you!
