About us

Little Mischief Rescue is a new rescue, founded in November 2007. Although the rescue itself is new, the volunteers aren't new, we've all been involved in animal rescue for several years but finally decided to start our own group. We are 100% run by volunteers. The main chapter is in Vancouver, BC but we have volunteers throughout the province and as far as Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California & Saskatchewan.

Little Mischief Rescue mainly focuses on rat and ferret rescue & welfare but we care about all homeless animals out there and will help out wherever we can. We take in abandoned, abused, or unwanted animals and help them find the loving homes they deserve. We do not have a shelter, which means all of our animals are housed in various foster homes. We are committed to providing the best possible care for our animals and, in turn, finding them the best adoptive homes we can.

Little Mischief Rescue is still getting started so please be patient while we get everything up and running. At the moment we are finishing our website and are in the process of becoming a registered charity. We welcome new volunteers so please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to help us get started.
